WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Returns are accepted within 10 days of delivery and only if the product is received in its original and unworn condition or if the item(s) you received differ than that of your original order.
DO YOU OFFER EXCHANGES?
We currently offer exchanges. Please reach out to info@rexshoes.com with your exchange request.
DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?
Yes, refunds will be issued to your original form of payment. Please request a return label to info@rexshoes.com with your Rex order number. Once the shoes are returned in their original and unworn condition, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
My order arrived damaged. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
If your order arrives damaged, please email info@rexshoes.com within 3 days of delivery to receive a free return shipping label and we will resend you a proper pair.
